John McGuinness: In the Irish Blood Transfusion Board accounts for 2013, under the heading of miscellaneous expenses, an amount of €688,000 is listed. Under miscellaneous expenses in 2014, the figure is €1.284 million. There is nothing miscellaneous about those figures.
