Brian Lenihan Jnr: I can inform the Deputy that my Department has recently received the High Court warrant which allows for the transfer of this individual into this country and the continued enforcement of his prison sentence under the Transfer of Sentenced Persons legislation. A Garda investigation file relating to the proceeds of the Northern Bank robbery has been submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), and directions are awaited thereon.
