Alan Kelly: For the sake of clarity - I am not trying to put words in Mr. Waters's mouth - no other actions were taken. Mr. Waters notified the Policing Authority, which he had to do, but have no other actions whatsoever been taken? Now is Mr. Waters chance to list them if there are others.
