Catherine Connolly: I welcome the Minister of State's statement on the outlining of the process to nominate these two commissioners culminating with the President's nomination. Perhaps the Minister of State should look at how Ms Justice Mary Ellen Ring has been on her own for more than a month and that should vacancies arise in the future that it would not happen and that the recruitment process would start...
