Kieran O'Donnell: We had representatives from Bank of Ireland before us a number of days ago. Bank of Ireland stated that 6,000 of its customers were in similar discussions. In a number of those cases, the areas of discussion that arose before the new CEO was appointed concerned the fact the mortgages were taken out before the consumer protection code was introduced in 2006.
