Eoin Ó Broin: I understand that. The other factor which already mitigates that having a negative impact is a significant amount of the approved housing bodies' borrowing is already factored into the debt because it is coming from the housing finance agency. It is only the additional bit that is coming from the private banks or, I presume, the credit unions.
