Kieran O'Donnell: Yes. We are duty bound to do so, given what Mr. Kissane is telling us. He deals with people on a daily basis. There is a danger that we are going to reach major fatigue on the tracker issue. The banks are trying to turn this into a marathon.

Mr. Kissane has now highlighted to us that there is a large cohort of up to 5,000 customers, 4,000 of whom are with either EBS or First Active. I believe we have to pursue this matter as a committee.
