Brendan Griffin: I formally second the proposal made by Senator Healy Eames on the suggestion by Senator Mac Conghail. I propose that the committee should write to the Minister with a copy of the minutes of the meeting and outline our concerns on the issue. We should ask him to re-examine the situation. There seems to be unanimous concern among committee members and that should be conveyed to the Minister.
