Kieran O'Donnell: I have a fair idea which institution is involved. It was reported this morning that Ulster Bank has been fined US$4.9 billion in respect of the mortgage scandal in the US. In light of the fact that Ulster Bank in Ireland has sold many of its mortgages to funds and given the Central Bank is taking enforcement proceedings against this bank, would the witnesses like to comment?
