Does he accept that the 4,500 letters returned last April represent a great number of unaccounted people? Under the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act 1993, the circumstances of each case must be taken into account. Is the Minister not concerned that the deciding officer found that did not happen in this case?

Instead of answering my questions in the Dáil, the Department refers me to the website. Is this a new practice in the Department?
