Frances Black: Deputy, I think what happened is that it just closed. There is a family addiction support network in the north east that is still working very hard with families. However, as far as I know, it was just closed.

Frances Black: There are two questions there. Witnesses might wish to comment on the impact on families and say a little more about that because it has arisen a great deal today. There is also the issue of there not being enough services available, which is significant as well.
