Brendan Griffin: Next year, 2024, Mr. Hill's salary will increase in line with the increases to Secretaries General, despite there not being a main sponsor in place or losing out on the €10 million.

Brendan Griffin: What I am saying is there is no connection to performance. There is also the reputational risk and damage to the organisation arising from this debacle. What we are being told is that none of that impacts on the salary, which will still increase in line with the rate for Secretaries General.
