Eamon Scanlon: It is. I raised it in private session. I was of the same opinion as Deputy Bríd Smith. It was debated in the Dáil on 27 October. The Bill was voted down. The Government withdrew its amendment and the Bill was voted down. My understanding was that fracking was not on the agenda any more. It is unfortunate------
