Tommy Broughan: I asked the Taoiseach last week about the progress of the road traffic Bill which is expected before the end of this session. I am not sure if he is aware of very severe criticisms of the Minister for Transport made earlier today by the chair of the Road Safety Authority, the very distinguished broadcaster, Gay Byrne.
