Is it the Minister's position that even if Galway City Council and Galway Port Company adopt a resolution asking him to delete the reference to Galway Port, he will decline to do so? Will he give a straight answer to that question? Is that his position?

If Galway City Council and Galway Port Company pass a resolution asking the Minister to maintain the status quo in order that a future Minister could declare the port a tier 2 port, as a State company, will he delete the reference to Galway Port in Schedule 1?
