Mary Coughlan: My Department has approved rental contracts for the provision of 62 prefab units in 33 schools to date in 2010. In line with Department policy, all new rentals approved are for a period of between 6 months and 3 years. Mary Coughlan: I understand the question on corporate donations was answered during the week. The Minister is due to bring forward proposals to Government and hopes to do that by the end of the year. With regard to the transfer of FÁS functions to the Department of Social Protection, the Minister is working on that legislation and intends to have it ready in this session.
