Ciarán Lynch: I understand the participating countries will be fewer than the entire EU membership, where does Great Britain stand on this? We had some meetings with their finance committee and some colourful characters on that committee would have a particular view, the Rt. hon. Paul Beresford has a particular view of where this is going. Has the UK signed up to this Supervisory Authority?
