Louise O'Reilly: What does the Minister call the deal that was done with the Garda? A deal was done with the Garda which will cost more than €60 million. I do not know the exact cost, but it is extensive. Is that being done at the expense of services? That is the argument the Minister is making, that if he settles a dispute with the INMO he will have to cut the services somewhere else.
