Ossian Smyth: I thank the Deputy. The structure we are working with is based on the investment screening Bill, which we have discussed with the Attorney General. The Deputy said that people who are accused of crimes should be shown the information relating to the accusation. Nobody is being accused of a crime here.

It is not something that an individual will face. It is a matter of a body corporate being designated by the State as a high-risk vendor.
