John Brady: That media report, dated 22 September 2019, said that there were six people on that trip. Ms O'Leary was one of those six.

John Brady: Okay, but it is still an extraordinary amount. That report was published in 2019. The former chair of the RTÉ board, Ms Moya Doherty, stated that she had no knowledge of the barter account. I am sure when this was rightly picked up by the media back in 2019, it was a topic of conversation at the board. Was it?

John Brady: This article was published in 2019 regarding the trip to Tokyo by RTÉ and others. There was a lot of criticism that this trip had taken place at the same time as a series of cuts being made at RTÉ. I am sure that particular trip was a topic of conversation at board level.
