Joanna Tuffy: As I have mentioned already, amendments Nos. 8 to 19, inclusive have been ruled out of order. Amendment No. 8 in the name of Deputy Collins has been ruled out of order in accordance with Standing Order 131, because it is not relevant to the provisions of the Bill as read a Second Time.

Joanna Tuffy: Amendments Nos. 9 to 19, inclusive, propose to amend the Pensions Act 1990 and the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment Act) 1998, respectively, to provide for amendments to the operation of pensions schemes. Accordingly, these amendments are not relevant to the provision of the Bill as read a Second Time and therefore must be ruled out of order in accordance with Standing Order 131.
