Charles Flanagan: If time permits, I hope to have time for brief supplementary questions to allow us to go back over the issues raised. I have indicated that to Deputy Gannon and am now indicating it to Deputy Brady. Other members wish to contribute. I am aware that the Minister is very keen to provide the comprehensive replies that this committee would expect.
