Timmy Dooley: Why do the witnesses need the Government's permission? They are coming to us and I want to support them. If the witnesses can give us a business plan telling us what the opportunity is and what it will cost, then we will get behind it, because it would be of considerable benefit.

That is why I am not so sure about the comparisons.
