Michael Creed: Bord na gCon is a commercial State body, established under the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958, chiefly to control greyhound racing and to improve and develop the greyhound industry. The publication of the Morris Report is an operational matter for Bord na gCon. However, I understand the report was published in July of this year and is available on the Bord na gCon website.
