Paul Murphy: On pay levels at the top of the AIB, I note that while they are within the Government's pay cap, they are set at its outer limit. Is it justified to pay staff almost €500,000?

Paul Murphy: Yesterday, I spoke to a worker in a bank branch in Dublin who said his job was outsourced. Basically, he said he had the choice of going over to the company in question, Noonan's, or redundancy. He had no choice of redeployment within AIB.
