Kevin O'Keeffe: Before the Minister of State comes back in, I fully support Senator O'Mahony. The Minister of State referred to the local organisations that applied from his own constituency. In my own backyard there is a school that was being incorporated into the overall sports plan but it did not get through because of a legal issue.
