Marie Louise O'Donnell: It is a development within communication because all good teaching is about communication on whatever level, and that is what I mean. Sometimes people have PhDs, master's and other experiences but they cannot communicate. Teaching is really about training in the art, craft and skill of communication at the level that one wants that communication to come in at.
