The measure is anti-rural, as the Minister does not seem to realise that in cities such as Galway people must commute from Clifden, Lettermullen, Carraroe and various other places. It would be a nice thing to ask them to come in on a windy day on a bike from Lettermullen. If the Minister has ever been on that road, he will know what I am talking about.
