When I introduced the Deputy, and I did the same with Deputies Pearse Doherty and Michael McGrath, I referred to him as Deputy Luke 'Ming' Flanagan. I am not calling him Ming from the Chair so I expect him to refer to Ministers in the House and other Deputies by their appropriate titles.
