Brian Stanley: I am referring to the household schemes. The national retrofit scheme is the one for the more extensive wraparound, with heat pumps, etc. It is for deeper retrofit.

The warmer homes scheme, which is free for people in receipt of fuel allowance, provides for a lagging jacket for a boiler, attic insulation and maybe some other minor works such as energy-efficient lightbulbs. Brian Stanley: Next is the accounts and financial statements. One financial statement was laid before the Dáil between 4 and 8 October 2021. It is the HSE's 2020 financial statement, accounting for €20.3 billion. It was previously laid on 1 July but had to be re-laid to correct certain errors. I ask the Comptroller and Auditor General to address the matter before opening the floor to Members.
