Denis Naughten: With regard to No. 98, the licensing of healthcare facilities Bill, I raised the issue of St. Brigid's Hospital with the Taoiseach yesterday. We are told that the new €3.1 million facility in Ballinasloe, when it is decommissioned as an acute psychiatric unit, will in future be used for psychiatry of later life. In light of its future use, why were the beds taken out last night?
