Paul Daly: Why would that be? One would imagine that if the idea is to hold carbon or improve biodiversity, the Bord na Móna bogs are the ones that need to be targeted. Correct management of a golf course involves an enormous amount of fertiliser at specific times. What Mr. Carroll is saying to us, as it stands at the minute, is that a golf club will not be in a position to buy fertiliser in the system. Will it not have a number?
