Dara Murphy: The Government has been in place two months. I commend the Minister for Finance, Deputy Noonan, and his team for introducing these measures. Nobody suggests this jobs initiative will put in place in one go all the proposals, dreams and aspirations we have for our people. However, it is certainly a start, one that was long overdue.
