If the banks do not take the issue of payments in hand, the Government will examine the matter further. Ciarán Lynch: I thank Mr. Hammond for briefing us and for the lively discussion we had, which certainly added to our understanding. In case journalists are watching this afternoon, I understand the conference call did not cost any money and was certainly a lot cheaper than bringing Mr. Hammond over from London. There was no cost for this afternoon other than the usual expenses.
