David Stanton: The Defence Forces Reserve has many premises that are rarely used. Rather than selling them, would it be Government policy to make them available to other clubs and organisations in local communities with a dearth of facilities? I asked a question about applying a formal citizenship ceremony to citizens upon reaching the age of 18 years. Has the Taoiseach progressed that initiative any further?
