Joe McHugh: Let me make a suggestion with regard to the legislation. In 2003 the then Minister, Deputy Dermot Ahern, showed prudence at a time when his colleagues were poisoning the Celtic tiger. He showed prudence by considering the suggestion that capacity at Malin Head and Valentia be expanded.
