Paul Coghlan: I thank the Minister of State and his officials. I share the sentiments articulated by Senators Quinn and Leyden. The Minister of State listened well on Second Stage and on Committee Stage. He struck his own balance having heard all the arguments. We may not agree 100%, but we are very appreciative of what he has done.

Both Senator Quinn and I fail to see how a person in very temporary employment, particularly an individual who might be employed for one week or a few weeks, could be regarded as an integral part of a temporary employer.
