Pat Rabbitte: A Cheann Comhairle, are there any circumstances in which you would concede to a request to move the adjournment under Standing Order 31? The matter in question can be revisited by Shell waiving its rights under the order and negotiating a simple resolution. The Tánaiste should concede a few minutes during the day for Members to record the above as the wishes of Dáil Éireann.
