Peter Fitzpatrick: I do not seek to cause controversy but the Minister said a few moments ago that he met Deputy O'Connell to discuss this. We have asked him on numerous occasions to meet us and he has refused. What is the difference between Deputy O'Connell and us?

Peter Fitzpatrick: I support the review. Five years is too long. I would prefer to see a period of two to three years. I agree with Deputy Tóibín that the more information we have, the better.
