John Curran: I wish to make a comment. You saw the paper today which referred to the fact that legislation would be introduced to ensure people would receive their payments and so forth. It is important that you and the Department have a communications strategy in place. You might say it is premature now because neither the convention nor the legislation has been passed, but people are still concerned....
