Joe Costello: I would like now to focus on the turf compensation scheme, which has been very much in the news recently. I note that €2 million was spent on this scheme in 2013 and that a further €18 million has been committed for future years. Perhaps Mr. Hamill would provide an overview of the scheme and how it operates.
