Paul Murphy: Certainly. The matter is related because this is an attempt to push up the payment levels, which are clearly embarrassingly low from the point of view of the Government. I say to the Minister, the Government and to Irish Water – they cannot hide forever. They can do what they want to try to bring up the figures, but they will be forced to reveal them at some stage-----
