John McGuinness: The reason I ask is that many comments have been made about the book of quantum. Even though everything is sort of reliant on the book of quantum, according to what we hear, it is only going to reflect claims up to 2014. Changes have taken place from 2014 up to now.

When one goes through the Injuries Board process, one gets to the point at which a figure is suggested. It might be €10,000 or whatever. The claimant has to pay his or her solicitor from that amount.
