James O'Connor: The first day these issues were identified, and I do not think Mr. Bakhurst is in a position to answer this so I will come back to Mr. Lynch, it was a whistleblower who originally brought these issues to the attention of RTÉ, was it not? It was not the first Grant Thornton report.
