Judge Peter Kelly said today one has to be either very rich or very poor to have redress in the courts. Must people take a case before the State Claims Agency knows anything about it? Paddy Burke: I welcome the groups to the House. I have some brief questions. The criteria laid down is €750 million globally and €50 million from Europe. It is up to the companies to decide whether they fit that criteria. Revenue leave it to the companies to decide if they come within those levels. Does Ms O'Brien see any problem with that?
