Pat Moylan: That matter is before the courts and a decision has not been made. The House made a decision in respect of a period of time, which has expired. That time has elapsed and Senator Callely is entitled to be in the House.

Pat Moylan: That is before the court, which has to make a decision. I have just outlined to the Senator that a decision was taken by the House for a fixed period during which Senator Callely could not be present. That term has elapsed and the Senator is entitled to be in the House today.
