We are trying to determine something in straight language. The people who made returns to SIPO did not do so as a result of their being raised by this committee or, in other words, from 4 May until now.

Alan Kelly: It is not that. This is the evidence of Ms Barry and the Department, which is consistent with the evidence that has been given previously. There is a gap of approximately two and a half months during which the Department did not know the committee existed, but the Commissioner acted promptly.
