Paul Coghlan: I emphasise that the intention is not to be discriminatory in any way — I take on board the Minister's point in that regard — rather it is to ensure full transparency of competition in the retail grocery market. The wording will have to be looked at again. I will withdraw it and perhaps table one with tighter provisions on Report Stage.
