Kevin Moran: As the Chair is well aware, there are High Court proceedings in respect of this and papers are pending. It would be wrong for me or anybody to start investigating this matter when legal action is being pursued. It would be unfair for me to make any more statements on this matter until the outcome of those legal proceedings is known. That is only right and fair.

Kevin Moran: No, I will discuss it with my team. In fairness, the Chair raised this matter with me a year ago. He said at the time that we had done nothing. I made a commitment then to the Chair to meet that person, but on the date I went down to the Chair's neck of the woods, that person was not available.
