Maria Bailey: For the past hour and a half we have conducted the meeting very respectfully. Speakers have asked questions and the Minister has been allowed to answer without interruption and vice versa. That is the practice I want to continue with. We should allow the Minister to finish and if the Deputy requires clarification I have no problem with him coming back in.
